(1) Organic fertilizer production process flow
Description of organic fertilizer process flow:
- Mixing and stirring: Put the purchased raw materials of agricultural waste, pond mud, furfural waste residue, and livestock manure into the stirring tank, spray biological deodorant at the same time, stir evenly, and the humidity is about 45%.
- Fermentation: Enter the composting fermentation stage, the fermentation is carried out in a closed workshop, and multiple exhaust fans are installed in the workshop to continuously collect the odor in the workshop, so that the gas in the workshop will not be enriched and produce biogas.
The fermentation time is 20 days. When the humidity is 65%, an excavator is used to push the fermentation. The fermentation temperature is 65-70℃, which kills 100% of parasite eggs and 90% of Escherichia coli and Galliformis (pullorum). The temperature drops to 40℃, ventilation and heat dissipation, heat dissipation, and natural drying before entering the next process. - Crushing: Use a fertilizer crusher to crush the fermented fertilizer into powder.
- Adding microbial agents: The crushed material will have a small amount of odor, and the crushed fertilizer is sprayed with biological agents for deodorization.
- Inspection and sale of finished products: After adding biological agents, the finished products are regularly sent to a third-party agency for inspection of the moisture content and related pollutants in the finished products. If the product meets the organic fertilizer standard, it will pass the quality inspection and can be shipped out for sale. If the quality inspection fails, it will be returned to the mixing tank for secondary mixing and fermentation, and then restart production.
(2) Microbial fertilizer production process:
Microbial fertilizer production process description:
